About
I am dedicated to helping people let go of pain and actualize their potential. I love helping people harness challenges in order to overcome and grow through them. My work is inspired by my own experience of having cancer, which prompted me to re-examine my life and pivot from a 10-year business career to pursue my calling as a psychotherapist. After establishing my clinical practice, I connected my passion for business and people to become a leadership coach— bringing together a wealth of knowledge from both disciplines to enable change, performance and fulfillment.
I am passionate about elevating human interactions to create healthier, safer environments. I work with organizations to scale empathy, engage in productive conflict, and hear all voices, with a focus on moving beyond buzzwords to achieve on-the-ground results.
I am licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences LMFT #79282, and hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA from the California Institute of Integral Studies. A growing area of interest is the impact of narcissism in personal life, organizations, and society at large; Outside of clinical work, I am a writer, speaker, teacher, and mother to a firecracker of a daughter.
I have been featured on Harvard Business Review’s Fomo Sapiens, Sharecare’s RadioMD, and Ariana Huffington’s Thrive Global. Everything I do is greatly influenced by my spiritual path.
